hey there!

kinda forgot i had this website for a little while, but i'm back to publishing new music lately, so i should probably mark the occasion.

last month, on the 29th of september, i released a new track with my old band, Paper Puppets. back when we were recording our debut EP in 2020, there were a few songs that just didn't make the cut even though we had already started on the production process. one of those forgotten tracks was called “Ode to Pan”.

this track was about 90% complete at the time we released the EP, but then i forgot about it… for 3 years. luckily, i was digging through my hard drive recently and stumbled upon it. so i set myself a deadline and decided it should finally get the chance to be heard. 

now, here we are almost a month later. over 500 people have streamed it on Spotify (not a crazy number or anything, but it feels good anyway). fellow musicians, i wouldn't advise waiting that long to release your songs, but it is very satisfying to get something that old off your plate. so if you are holding onto material that long, set yourself a deadline and just stick to it. it's time. you'll be glad you did.
